I ordered black rice, red rice and brown rice, but only the latter two were delivered. No explanation was given by the delivery boy or by anyone from RCM on why the black rice was not delivered to me. Moreover, ordering online is not a guaranty that you will get what you ordered because it appears that online orders are not being checked meticulously. I had to send a private message to the FB account of RCM just to ask for an update regarding my order. It was only then that they checked my order.
